Waitlist opens soon
Trust comes before the form
We are building the encrypted memory, the ask-first policy and the record format on prototype KyberDeck hardware, and the safety envelope on robots that actually move. When the sign-up form goes live it will ask for one thing, an email address, and use it for exactly one thing: telling you there is something to try.
We are building
Memory, policy and the record format on prototype hardware; the harness on real robots.
Waitlist soon
One field, no sales calls, no drip campaign, no reselling your address.
Come back
The blog moves first. New posts mean the design is settling.
Why there is nothing to fill in
KyberBot is an assistant built on one idea: what it knows about you stays yours. Opening with a form that collects addresses months before there is anything to try would contradict that on the first page. A waitlist with nothing behind it is a mailing list with extra steps.
What happens when it opens
The form will take an email address and, optionally, which body you would use KyberBot in first: a card, a band, a pocket deck, a home node or a robot. The first pilots will be organised by form, because an assistant on your wrist and an assistant with wheels face different questions. Nothing else will be asked.
If you do this for a living
If you work on privacy, applied cryptography, security keys or robot safety, you are exactly the person we want reading the specifications when they are published. The memory model, the policy language and the harness are meant to be argued with by people who know where claims like ours usually break.
In the meantime
The blog carries the design: what it means for an assistant to know you, why your data is not the product, how KyberBot hands work to a swarm, and what changes when it runs a robot. If the posts keep coming, the work is moving.
No form, no tracking pixels lying in wait — just work in progress.
